PRINCE is Stork’s in-house developed integrated WORKFLOW and BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT Tool for a controlled realization of multi-disciplinary projects. The initial piping oriented management tool is over the last 25 year innovated to a multidisciplinary and reliable logistic management tool to control the primary work processes for Electrical & Instrumentation, Piping & Mechanical and other disciplines like steel structure, painting, insulation, scaffolding etceteras.
PRINCE enables an integrated and controlled execution of multidisciplinary projects for maintenance and inspection, innovations, turnarounds, stops, revamps, new construction and relocations in the process and power industry.
The central maintained and world wide accessible system is used at all our projects, revamps and stops since 1980, and has as such embedded our knowledge and experience of the last 25 year of project management and workflow control.
Customers, subcontractors, suppliers and inspection bodies (PED) have an authorized access to the online central operating system where they can consult, collect and/or add data and even accept inspection information.
Meeting the goals on the domain of the integrated cost-, quality- and progress control of the work processes as well as the integrated logistic controls of engineering, work preparation, realization up to the project turnover results in an optimal "value for money" performance of all parties involved.
PRINCE has proven to be the perfect tool to an improved integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Start-up project execution. PRINCE comprises bi-directional Electronic Data Interchange with 3D-model systems like PDMS, PDS, MicroStation and AutoCAD.
Cost and planning tools like Cleopatra and Primavera are easily electronically linked programs to PRINCE.
